1. Local Processing by Default

By default, ContactCleaner processes your contacts locally on your device. Unless you explicitly choose to use our Cloud Backup feature, your contacts are never uploaded to our servers or any third-party systems.

2. Secure Cloud Backups

If you opt-in to our Cloud Backup service, your contact data is encrypted and stored securely on Google Firebase. This data is used exclusively for the purpose of restoring your contacts and is never sold, traded, or shared with outside parties.

3. Analytics & Usage Data

We collect basic, non-identifiable usage statistics to improve app performance and user experience. While we track app interactions for analytical purposes, your personal data is never sold and is handled with strict confidentiality.

4. Data Deletion
